We started out as real estate investors. We purchased homes that were in need of repair, gave them the love and attention they needed to look nice again, and sold them! We grew into having our own real estate brokerage and started ACC Home Realty, LLC. ACC Home Realty is service oriented brokerage and it’s agents are dedicated to going above and beyond to take care of both seller and buyers.
In the last 10 years ,we have purchased homes directly from banks, through Sherriff’s sales and HUD sales. Throughout that process we gained years of experience with the Ohio foreclosure process… and we are now determined to slow the rate of foreclosure in Ohio. with Ohio’s Home Rescue!
We receive phone calls daily from homeowners looking for a place to move because they are falling behind on payments and may lose their home to foreclosure. Now instead of only being able helping families to secure a new place to live when losing a home, we are helping them to avoid the pain of foreclosure too.
Because of the alarming foreclosure rate in Ohio we felt the needed to expand our business to help homeowners who may be at risk of losing their house. We have the knowledge and experience working with banks and mortgage companies to educate homeowners of their options and facilitate their decisions.
